City Partners with MyGov for Online Permits, City Ordinances, Complaints

The City of Sweeny has selected MyGov to provide software for the Community Development and Public Works departments.  Launched in 2003, MyGov is a leading providers of hosted, web-based Community Development software to government agencies.

MyGov software will assist the City of Sweeny in its goal to provide excellent customer service through increased access, responsiveness and efficiency.

The MyGov solution assists the City of Sweeny by improving internal processes, transparency, accountability, and data management.  MyGov is providing the City of Sweeny a suite of integrated products that include:

  • Permits
  • Inspections
  • Code Enforcement (tall grass, trash, illegal parking, etc.)
  • Potoles
  • Water Leaks
  • GIS (mapping Technology)

MyGov is a government and community partnership.  The City of Sweeny urges citizens of Sweeny to use the MyGov Web Portal to report problems or issues with city services, to register for permits or inspections, or to report code enforcement concerns.
